What this website collects
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, or tracking pixels. It is served through Cloudflare, and the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that confirms a form is sent by a person and not by a program. Visiting the website does not create an account or profile.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not identify you or follow you across other websites. A small script in your browser sends Cloudflare technical details about each page view, such as the page address, the page you came from, browser type, approximate country and how quickly the page loaded. We only see the totals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and keeping it working well. Cloudflare acts as our processor.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email address, company if given, topic and message) together with the time of submission, your IP address, approximate country and browser type. This is kept in a database hosted by Cloudflare in order to respond to your enquiry and to protect the form from abuse. To keep out automated spam, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, when the form is used. This information is used only for that check, and Cloudflare acts as our processor. A copy of each enquiry is sent by email to our company mailbox. The email is delivered by Resend, Inc. from servers in the European Union, and the mailbox is hosted by Zoho Corporation in the European Union. Both act as our processors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract where relevant. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical data necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Cloudflare acts as our processor. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or on the steps necessary to enter into a contract where relevant. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the matter and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. Our mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Corporation in the European Union, which acts as our processor.
