TF Horizon
TF Horizon was founded by Tomas Folleraas Samuelsen and Frederik Haram Hjelmaas to build something that lasts. The goal is a group of companies, each strong on its own, owned by one shareholder that thinks in decades. The ambition is to reach far, and to get there by owning properly rather than quickly.
The company is registered in Cyprus. Its first company, Cymerion, acquires, owns and leases property on the island. It is the first of many. Every company that is added has to be one worth keeping, and the structure is built to add them one after another.

Tomas leads the growth of the group. He finds the next companies, negotiates the acquisitions and brings new businesses into TF Horizon. He sets the pace of expansion and decides where the group goes next. His background is in industrial automation, which shows in how he looks at a company. It has to work, and keep working, long after the deal is done.

Frederik leads technology and development. He is responsible for the systems the group and its companies run on, the tools built internally, and the way each new company is set up to operate on its own. His job is to make sure the group can keep growing without being rebuilt. His background is in industrial automation, and he builds the same way. Systems are engineered to run for years, not just to be launched.
